I am thrilled to announce WellFed, a *non-weight loss focused* group coaching course, focusing on nourishing ourselves with a healthy food routine!
When I look around the "fitness and wellness" world, I see sooo much emphasis on weight loss, and so little on developing a healthy and empowering relationship to feeding ourselves. And I hate it.  At the same time, I know how crucial diet can be for:
  • maintaining not just physical but also mental/emotional health
  • supporting digestion and elimination, and minimizing stomach issues
  • ensuring that we have the energy and motivation to create the lives we want.
WellFed focuses on food as self-care, and food as fuel. You'll find motivation, support, and an encouraging accountability structure that will help you move in the direction of your own well-being.
