Learn self-massage, yoga and strength training techniques to decrease back pain, and improve mobility, strength and energy! I have been teaching yoga and other forms of therapeutic movement since 2011; I am a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, and love teaching in ways that are simultaneously safe, appropriately challenging, creative and fun!
All levels are welcome at this class, and no experience is required.
